Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia Wide.
What's our return policy?
We do not offer refunds on change of mind on not reading the description of the product correctly. In certain circumstances we may offer store credit. Please always contact us to discuss.
There are no refunds, exchanges or store credit on sale items for change of mind.
Once the item leaves our store sometimes things can happen. If your item arrives damaged (in transit) please contact us at email@example.com within 2 days of delivery and provide a picture of the goods. We will assist you the best way we can.
If your order is showing as "delivered" by our courier service we will not provide a refund/store credit or exchange.
If products are damaged upon opening or through inordinate ware and tear we will not provide any exchange or refund.
For earring purchases we are unable to accept returns or exchange on these items due to hygiene reasons. If your item arrives damaged please contact us to assist you at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving the earrings and provide a picture of the earrings.
How do I return an item?
When returning a product, shipping will be at your own expense.

What are your shipping Rates?
We offer standard shipping rate of $10.95 on purchases. On earring only purchases we offer a shipping rate of $6.95.
Bulky items such as large wall art pieces may incur a higher shipping fee of $23.95.
Express post option is available on orders, and can be selected at checkout for $13.95 (excludes bulky items above).
Do you do free Shipping?
For any order over $150 we will provide you with free shipping.
How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
Standard timeframe for our deliveries is 2-10 Business days. If you are a little further away or your order is during sale or peak times it may take a little longer.
Please be aware that due to current restrictions within Australia delivery times with our courier service may take longer.
Will the courier service leave the parcel unattended?
All A4 satchel size parcels are automatically "Authority to Leave". If you do not wish for this to happen please leave comment at Check out or email to confirm at email@example.com.
How do I know the sizes of products?
All our products have a full description included. Please read the measurements carefully before purchasing so you are aware of the exact sizing.
What Payment options are available?
We provide the following payment options: Pay with credit card via PayPal, direct deposit, or Afterpay.
Instructions for direct deposit will be sent to you after purchase is complete. If Direct Deposit payment is not received within 48 hours of your purchase, the order will be cancelled. We cannot hold the stock for you in this instance.
You can pay with credit card using PayPal without being an account holder.
Item/s are not yours until payment is complete.
If I have the product in my cart is it guaranteed?
If you place a product in your cart it is not guaranteed until the sale is complete. We cannot hold stock for you if it is sitting in your cart for a later purchase.

We reserve the right to change our pricing. Sometimes maintaining certain products can be out of our control. Happy Pink will endeavor to have certain stock levels. Please always contact us if there is something you like but it is out of stock and we will see if we can restock for you.
